I had a very positive experience using Fort Knox Storage, thanks largely to the helpful advice I received from Marnie, right from my first meeting with Marnie her professionalism and knowledge was outstanding and made hiring the storage unit a very smooth and easy process, thank you Marnie your hard work is very much appreciated.

Amazing friendly service right from the start. Marnie at Braybrook is the best!! The team treat you kindly and with respect and understanding. Thoroughly recommend their team and site. Prices were the best across a few companies. Excellent fast responses to all communication, fantastic team members who explain everything really well, (thanks Ryan!) with plenty of storage options. Super easy processes and access to the facility via their app. This means you don’t have to remember codes etc. the facility recognizes you once youve set up your system which was super streamlined and easy, even for those who are technology challenged!! Basically once you get close to gates and doors you press a button!! Highly recommend

The unit I rented was very convenient and big enough to hold my belongings. The customer service was great both at check in and check out. The staff was so helpful throughout the whole process. I can’t thank them enough. Always there when I needed.

Absolutely Amazing Storage Facility.Great Prices, Unit sizes to suit all purposes. They also have excellent trolleys to help you move items in and out and a free Phone recharge station.The staff and Manager Marnie are extremely courteous and helpful at all times.Ive used this site 3 times in the last few years and highly recommend them to anyone who needs storage.11/10 No one else in the Industry even comes close.

Excellent customer service in person and on call. They have an app that gives you access to the storage facility so no key required which is amazing. I also accidently forgot to close my account after moving out of the unit and got charged for another month. I got a refund for this without any issues as well.

Very clean facility, easy to store, top level security. Very friendly staff who will talk you through the whole process so that you feel confident in how to use the facility both from a technology and practicality point of view. Thank you Braybrook team once again for your business. I would recommend Fort Knox for all your storage needs, as the name says it all.
