We have a ducted A/C system with roof vents that were old and falling apart. After some research I decided to call Logicool Air. They were really responsive to my enquiries, even getting back to me on the weekend. Their team came out to measure and quote. The quote was very fair, and they were able to book my job in quickly. On installation, the team turned up on time, in clean uniforms, and were very respectful of our house. They cleaned as they went, and did a fabulous job. I am super impressed with these guys, and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Andrew and Luke at Logicool are experts in their field and nothing is a problem. Their communication after hours to let us know the status of work and planning is very refreshing. Our old Daikin system needed replacing and they sourced a new unit and installed it on time and on budget. They are certainly the go to company for us and we highly recommend them.

Very professional with answering calls & attending my home promptly. I used someone else for installation & there was an issue a year later. I wished I had used Logicool for everything. All fixed quickly & I'll be using them for my maintenance in future. I highly recommend.

We have had our system for a few months now, it has made our house so comfortable. The roof access at our house was tight but the team came up with a great affordable solution which made the whole thing so easy for us. Luke recommended a split system which works really well in our home. We would highly recommend Logicool Air. The price was very competitive and the workmanship and communication was great. Had to leave this review as I think about what a great job was done almost every day in our comfy air-conditioned home.

Luke and Andrew are polite and professional, running a very efficient family business.They proactively sought our business, which was great.Clear communication from the beginning gave us peace of mind.We have now replaced our old and ailing aircon with a beautifully efficient reverse cycle unit that warms the house so quickly.The new unit was installed without fuss, and operation is very user friendly.All for the right price.Thanks so much Luke and Andrew

On a recent 42 degree Sydney Saturday, Andrew responded within half an hour to an emergency call out. Both Andrew and Luke were prompt, polite, efficient, professional and thorough in their work. We have now booked them for an annual service. I highly recommend Logicool Air.
