Western Diagnostic Pathology

Rude reception staff and worst lady at the pathology! Treats a patient like an insect just because one has some symptoms. Went in to ask if she is happy for my kids to walk in. Yes she is. Drag my sick kids out of the car only to be told by her: no no no you cant come in! Cant do this and that. Maybe switch your brain on first and guide a patient the right way instead of having them walking in and out. Glad she didnt swab my kids anyway. Probabl would have pushed the swab through their heads!

Rude reception staff busy on their computers and worst lady at the pathology! Mask is mandatory but they don’t have any to provide you so you’ll be asked to go IGA and buy some. After your blood test you’ll get asked to get out of they room before you can even get your belongings!

Rude and unhelpful

The young lady who took my blood was amazing . Fast. Friendly and efficient. When I asked how long she had been doing it . Two weeks . Blew my mind . She is a natural .
