They forgot to give me 1 chips when i went back to ask for it the lady didn’t even apologise, gives me a chips with so angry face,didn’t even say a single word when i said thank you the chips were cold and the onion rings was so soggy and oily. Totally disappointed with customer service and food.

came through drive through tonight and got served by Jack in the drive-through. Best customer service I have gotten in years absolutely phenomenal he deserves a rase for his efforts. Great job Jackson . Excellent customer service!! Keep up the good work!!!

I’d give it 0 start if I could. Most disorganised hungry jacks I’ve ever been to. They make you park and wait for one meal. Restaurant says 24/7 make an online order go to pick it up place is closed. Yet to recieve my refund as you take payment before reaching the restaurant. Also update you menu prices being told it’s a more at the second window and they can’t tell me why. Place is an actual joke.

I understand its fastfood but it was that bad I am very tempted to return this burger to the store via window with a brick between the 2 buns, come on guys if you don't like your job just quit! stop wasting my money and others with this poor workmanship. Disappointment.

To be truth and honesty from today never gonna be back to hungry jack's I order burger, nuggets with two Cajun spice they literally didn't put it and chips was too salty I called the store manager he told me to replace with breakfast in the morning mate it's not about money it's about good customer service and loyalty such a rude experience never gonna be back .
