Appalling serviceWe had our pool lined by AWB and we needed a follow up job . We visited the factory and we tried to contact Paul a number of times after initial contact he then never returned calls or messages even to state he couldn’t do the jobWe have wasted our time

Absolutely appalling service from Paul - No communication, doesn't answer calls or texts. We have needed to get in contact twice in 24 months once for a manufacturing fault and the second time for another issue. on both occasions Paul repeatedly fails to return calls and texts. , Unfortunately the other partner and the office keep making excuses for Paul, and yet no one returns your calls. Currently have a pool half filled Paul left the pool filling with a Vacuum running and left no instructions - no idea of what is happening, no one answer calls and still no customer service .Do Not use this company - the liners look good, but really its the service that you want.
