The lady serving me was lovely, but I ordered three different flavoured tacos, one beef, one chicken and one vegetable but even thiugh the stickers on the box said there was one of each I got only chicken.They tasted ok for fast food Mexican, but the margarita was the best.

Came here with the family for a nice family lunch, ordered our food, I ordered separately I ordered a simple coke and a icecream cone, it took then 23 minutes to serve me my icecream!, the icecream was delicious but waiting almost half an hour for a small icecream cone? No thanks, went and sat down with my family, still awaiting there arrival of there food, it has been now 37 mins since they ordered there food, frustrated we went to the counter and they apparently “forgot about our order”! Then to finely receive our food COLD!, they do not seem to be under staffed at all, but there seems to be alot of standing around and not much happening !

Usually pretty decent food. But there has been multiple times I have ordered and have had missing items or been given someone else’s order.Just came today quite hungover and looking forward to my veggie burrito bowl, when I get home and realize I have been given a spicy chicken burrito bowl! I called the store three times to have no one answer. Now have come back to get my right order and have been waiting in the drive through for half an hour, after just over a hour after I initially ordered my food I get my veggie burrito and it is room temperature. So disspaointing

Only this store is worst among others. I am leaving this review after several experiences. 9/10 disappointing. I ordered Veggie bowel today - spicy - when I requested spicy I did not ask for 1 liter spicy sauce in the bowel .You guys need to improve on this . Please prepare someone breakfast/ lunch / diner with respect. We are wasting time driving , Ordering, and paying. - just to get good meal from you guysEither there is no spoons given or it’s poorly made that - nobody wants to eat.

Food is always pretty great, the only thing I've noticed is that if you preorder on the app 15 minutes early and you wait in the drive through line then you will not get your food even as close to the other people who have just ordered, and I've been asked to wait in the waiting bay! So that part needs to be fixed, but I will just order through the drive through and get it straight away now so I'm not too bothered

Not even giving 1star.... Ordered through unereats staff should be very dumb send my burrito bowl without any rice or beans and even unereats refusing to give my refunds... Don't ever visit or place orders through this place... If you guys can't serve it properly just cancel it... You guys think you guys are serving to dogs??? Highly disappointed and I'm coming back to store for refunds tomorrow

THE BEST takeaway chicken burrito I've ever had. Tacos and chips were insane as well. The seasoning used on the chips is the best by far! Soft served ice cream cone is a winner too. THE BEST TAKEAWAY MEXICAN FOOD. WAY better than KFC, McDonald's, and Hungry Jacks. Much healthier for you.

Been wanting to try this joint, it looks amazing from the road, the lights made it look like a cool place. When I was inside though it was rather dirty, reminds me of a bit fancier looking maccas but dirtier. And the place isnt very big. I never had GYG before, now I can see it’s like a fast food version of Mexican foods. Tried their beef enchiladas and grilled chicken burrito. Overall I have had better Mexican food. The enchiladas was ok, burrito was rather dry and boring even though grilled chicken tasted nice. Also tried their soft serve but the only better thing than maccas’ is the waffle cone. The ice cream itself somehow tasted rather artificial to me, so that was a sad soft serve whilst I can go to maccas for a better one for less than half the price. I dont think I will be going to GYG again. Oh, their chips are nice though, well seasoned.

Great place for Mexican food. Wonderful staff and very friendly. Although this place is crowded most times their quick service amazes me every time. We have tasted few of their dishes and nothing to complain. We would highly recommend this place if your after Mexican food.
