Great service from a really friendly, polite and honest team from the girls at reception, the men that worked on the ute and Tony the boss. I can't praise them enough. They communicated with me verbally and by text on a regular basis for me to know what was happening with the vehicle, and sorted the car hire with my insurance comp. three times. I had a small issue after picking up the ute and Tony fixed it at the drop of a hat with a smile. Totally recommend these guys.

Broke down in Sydney and needed to get car towed to Wollongong, John was up their in a flash and turned a bad day into a great one, he could not have been anymore helpful and the rate I was charged was incredible ! Absolutely increblie - highly recommend! Car handle broke on the car, meaning you couldn’t gain entry to the drivers side of car. No problem for them, fast fix, parts ordered straight away - what better service could you want!Cheers!

Great and fast service. Only 30mins of waiting. Michael was very helpful and friendly. Assisted me and my family very well. Didn't get bored on our way to my house. Very nice guy. Only thing I hope can pay by card. But all good what's important me and my family arrived home safe.
