We take all 3 of our cars here. They have a new video inspection for the customers to see what issues the car has. You can count on being informed well of any problems, and the job is done in a timely matter. These blokes are absolute legends!Friday afternoon my headlight blows and I’m supposed to be going on a camping trip all weekend driving 4+h that night. I called 4 other garages in tweed who all palmed me off and told me I was dreaming if I thought I could get the light fixed on the spot. Step in Justin and Josh at Auto masters. They got me turned around in just 10-15 minutes and back on the road, camping trip saved. Absolute legends ! Thanks so much lads! 10/10 will be back !

Best experience I’ve had with a mechanic. The guys at Auto Masters Tweed were amazing, super transparent and straightforward.I recently bought a second hand car and was having issues with my aircon. They took the time to write down everything that needed to be fixed so that I could get back to the dealer that sold it and get the price of the repair refunded. The whole experience was so smooth! Would 100% recommend it, great staff, great service and super reasonable price!

I put my Ute in for what I thought would be an easy pink slip. The team found 3 defects in my vehicle and notified me immediately. Had our RAV4 in for a scheduled service recently and was impressed with the service provided.Grant contacted to advise of some things that may become issues over time. Always good to have a heads-up rather than find out when it actually fails. The video that accompanied was helpful as well.Will go back with my other car when the time comes.
