My partner had to wait OVER an HOUR just for TWO bento meals. Complained and they forgot to give the order to the kitchen staff!!! How useless can the people you employ be? Didn't get any compensation...just an empty apology. I've never had to wait even half an hour at the other Bento stores, we will never be buying from the Mowbray store again...Reply to owner:What sushi rolls? What a liar... We got nothing in compensation... Your staff are lying if they told you they gave us anything! Employ better staff, they're incompetent!

ordered the seared salmon donburi bowl.came with ice cold wilted bok choy, pickles and undercooked brocolli that was cold as if just out of the fridge. the seared salmon was barely warm, the rice just barely warm.when I queried this dish the shopkeeper argued with me that it's supposed to be this way.I've never had such a bad dish. they were very unhelpful. the meal was inedible.don't bother coming here.no good.

I got the Chicken Katsu curry and it was absolutely fantastic. Looked like the picture, good spices and the veggies were delicious! Amazing value for money! I will be back for this and to try other menu items ASAP!

Nice look after new owner's renovation! Clean and tidy. Delicious food and good service, highly recommend their sushi platter, everything is fresh!

Had two bentos here for dinner, reasonable price and quick service. Edamame was good too. It's perfectly fine if you're not expecting too much. The bugolgi is pretty good.

Portion sizes too small. Too salty for my taste and health needs. Have eaten better Japanese food in Japan and South Korea, where I once lived. Not good value. OK at best.

Waited 50 minutes for my food only to find out they hadn't even started making it. Was only told sorry we will start making it now". Won't be coming back."
