These guys are the best. They went out of their way to help me get my Xmas present to the right address and saved Xmas! Big shout out to Debbie for being so lovley and understanding. Great people.

Extremely bad customer service! I came in to the store to collect my Australia post item and the man serving said he didn’t want to give me my item because he was “too tired” even though the store didn’t close for another 40 minutes? The man at the counter was rude, abrupt and clearly did not care about serving his customers. Avoid this post office at all costs!

This is the worst Post Office in Australia. The staff are beyond rude and dismissive and they're open the bare minimum of hours making package pick up a veritable nightmare. Australia Post - please make a change!

I normally don't complain but my local Auspost is the worst I have ever seen. Extremely Rude staff and directed my parcel to another post office that is 7km away just because they claimed they have no room for a 12kg parcel. When asked which particular post office as there are several in the suburb then they just said they don't know and told me to look for ourselves. The eldery guy is the worst and gives out the worst attitudes to customers. I have the same experiences not just once but several times from him.

Absolutely the worst Australia Post office I have ever encounted.A package was incorrectly labeled by private company. Sent to a similar address of mine however wrong suburb. Good Samaritans returned this to Seaforth post office. I only know this as I physically went around to their address. Believe me elderly couple has no use for this package.The Seaforth Australia Post has yet to re register it on the system. Despite asking Australia Post to follow this up on the weekend with Seaforth post, they would not as they stated it was the private company issue.So now it is business hours, I attempted to call Seaforth office, a man who is very hard to follow what was being said replied 'if it is here, it is here'. When I asked to speak to the manager as I could not understand what he meant, he said there was none. When I asked if he could look for the package ' if they say , it is' . (THEN WHY DIDNT YOU REGISTER BACK ON THE SYSTEM?). As he was trying to fob me off, I said no listen wait I want to ask if you could look..he said 'it is here' . He then hang up on me. (I hadn't even given my name or description of the package or tracking number at that point)Since then he has disconnected the phone. I have rung the Australia Post main number. Who have also experienced this disconnection. They have had to send a fax...A FAX lol because there is no other form of communication with this Seaforth Post office ( hello 1983) , I must say the man who I dealt with on the main line in Australia Post was very lovely. But every other call over the weekend, and today at Seaforth Australia Post was blatantly rude, dismissive, and not interested. I have left six voice mails for the Seaforth Australia post to call me back on six different numbers. I have yet to receive any phone calls. With this odd behaviour I can only presume that Seaforth Australia Post is keeping my package instead of doing the right thing and registering back on the systemI just want this package back before it gets re sent to Melbourne. If it honestly gets put back in the system. Whilst the private company made the mistake. Australia Post still have a duty to the customer, and I should not be fobbed off, hung up on. And Australia Post should have a valid form of contact i.e email with all their counter parts, FAX is not sufficient these days. This was a present for covid nurses for christmas, but I guess no one cares about that either.
