PACK & SEND Spring Hill
Great service from Nishat at Pack n Send Spring Hill Brisbane. She was so helpful when I booked the boxes that I needed to send to Sydney and helpful in finding a more economical solution for the delivery. I was happily surprised at how quickly the boxes arrived considering we had them delivered to the depot and then sent on out to the premises. I had originally made an online enquiry to another local Pack and Send store and left two phone messages for them to get back to me and they didn't return my calls. Your service Nishat went above and beyond. Thankyou.

Highly recommend! Arranged for parcel collection (online) 10pm Monday evening, parcel collected from my work (Spring Hill) 8.35am Tuesday by a very helpful guy (Dave @ DHL) who helped with the address labelling. Packaged delivered in London UK Friday afternoon. Very happy customer, will definitely be using again.

Initial issues with pickup and delivery were sorted by a short call to Carolyn who was outstanding - and went out of her way to walk" me through the online order changes and arrange for some day shipping. PACK & SEND Spring Hill
We utilize all our courier needs via Pack & Send Spring Hill for our company needs. They are very efficient and are at the office to collect our parcels within a few hours or will contact with a time of collection. Urgent collections are always accounted for also. The staff provide great customer service and the courier driver always has a smile on his face. We have only been using Pack & Send for a short time but can see their business being utilized well into the future. Thanks Spring Hill team.

PACK & SEND Spring Hill
I recently used Pack & Send Spring Hill to collect a parcel in Brisbane and send it to my home in North QLD. I was a little concerned as I had to do this remotely, as I was not in Brisbane at the time. However, Carolynne was extremely helpful, and explained how everything would work and the cost involved up front. Two business days later, I had my parcel in hand. I could not be happier with the service and the outcome. Thankyou, Carolynne, you were a pleasure to interact with.

PACK & SEND Spring Hill
I recently visited the Spring Hill store to send my wedding flowers to nsw. I was told that you cannot send flowers out of state so long story short I contacted a different store and the process was extremely easy and I was able to have my flowers sent same day via air. My advice is, check around other stores if you don’t think the information you have is right because these guys where zero help.

I needed quick help to get some large boxes from Brisbane to a warehouse in Sydney and these guys were super helpful. I decided to drop the parcels off to them, even though they could have had them picked up, and they simply took care of the rest. What was even better was that even though I selected a 3 day service, the delivery was made the next day. Would thoroughly recommend using Pack & Send in Spring Hill.

I recently moved to Brisbane and in the course of 3 months, I have successfully sent 2 packages to Port Moresby through Pack & Send (Spring Hill). So happy with the fast turnaround and timely delivery of these sensitive documents. Great experience after having had a bad experience going through DHL directly. Pack & Send was very professional and even called back to ensure my needs were met and the package was sent and received successfully. They definitely went the extra mile to give me piece of mind for an important overseas delivery!
