Warragul City Hyundai

Just trying to arrange for a service for my i30, and the website says your hours are 8.30 to 5.30 - but apparently this is not the case!I will ring again tomorrow [providing you are open on Saturday - the website suggests you are].I am looking for a service for Thursday November 17 - I live in Yarragon but can drop the car in on my way to Pakenham [by train] if you have a space about that time.

2nd Car bought from Warragul City Motors. We dealt with Jacob once again and the service was fantastic! Could not recommend highly enough! We were lucky that car, model and colour we were getting was assigned to them on a ship! So it was fresh and ready! Picked up a hyundai accent last year during lockdown offcourse I was not able to test drive .The whole point of buying from a dealer is to be stress free but it was not like that .It had a faulty drive belt which use to squeak i contacted the sales person who sold he said it is because of the age of the car and recommended me to go to a private mechanic to get it checked bare in mind the car is still under factorywarranty the sales man made me feel I bought a 1956 model but even that doesn't squeak !!I got it fixed from a other hyundai dealer .

Three months after I purchased my new i30, my voice recognition stopped working. After waiting several weeks till they had time to look at it, I had to wait close to two hours for them to tell me there was nothing wrong with it, and moreover the mechanic was too busy to speak with me in person. In fact the young brunette at the desk made it quite clear she wasn't interested in helping me. Even if you can't fix something, at least pretend to care. It's not hard.

Very professional, attentive and first class customer service. Thank you Stuart Scott for making the purchase of my new vehicle a great experience. When it's time to upgrade I'll be back.

I never write reviews, but I am really disappointed with the staff and service here.Weeks in advance I booked a Service through their website, and received a confirmation email with a confirmation code and time and date details, only to be told on the day I was dropping my car off that the online bookings don't count. Why have an online booking system and send confirmation emails saying it's booked, if it's not actually booked in? That needs to be rectified as a matter of urgency, people put a lot of organisation into when they're car servicing is done as it is pretty inconvenient at the best of times, with work and kids, carseats etc.The lady behind the desk was rude and instead of apologising for the error, or acknowledging it was a flaw in their system etc she treated me like it was my fault.Won't be going back, especially since I haven't been overly happy with the Servicing I previously have had done there either.
