Keystone Garage have been looking after my vehicle for several years. I chose them because of their good feedback, now my partner uses them also.Honest, good communication, quality work, competitive price, and advise when I can stretch a little more from a part.

I usually do my service in Claremont Auto Master, but they are permanently closed. So I googled and picked up Keystone according to the reviews. Obviously, data doesn't lie. The service is fantastic, reliable and honest. I couldn't be happier.

Thank you to Troy and his team for a truly professional and rewarding experience which was from the service and cooling system repair on my Audi A6. I was referred to Keystone Garage by my sister who has been having her Audi Q5 serviced and repaired, for more than 5 years. On collection of my car I was rewarded by the improved performance being at a level higher that I had experienced since I purchased the vehicle as a used vehicle 2 years ago. I will certainly recommend these guys to anyone I come into contact who is asking me if I knew if anyone to assist then with their vehicle servicing or issues. 1st time using the team at Keystone and the service they provided was fantastic. Helpful, happy and informative staff and nothing is to difficult. Will be back again for all the family cars. Highly recommend.

I was booked in for a minor service.. Before I went for the service I asked for an approximate price on my car. I was quoted around $250 for a minor service and closer to $500 for a major service. When I got there to pick up my car, , they tried to charge me $410 for the minor service that they performed. When I queried how it could cost so much they said because they used a more expensive oil on my car.. after refusing to pay that much, they dropped it down to 250. They handed me a printout of what had been done and no one came to talk to me about my car at all. There was no after service. The secretary on the phone had mentioned that I need a wheel alignment, however no one bothered to discuss anything with me.I asked them if I was to come in again for a minor service. Would I pay $250 or get charged some ridiculous amount again, and they told me they don’t know. They just wanted me to leave and there was no after-care service whatsoever..I recommend to anybody using these mechanics to make sure you get an exact quote before having your car serviced.Very disappointing!!!

Keystone are brilliant, can't recommend highly enough. For the time I had my Forester they looked after me so well, I had a few (separate/unrelated) issues with the car, Troy and the crew always looked after me well/I always left happy with the service and price/cost. Of note, as a loyal and repeat customer, twice the team took time to run diagnostics and assist when faulty alerts appeared, without charging me. Now that's old school customer service. When I get my next car, I'll remain loyal to Keystone.

After some dreadful experiences with car maintenance repairs. It has been a breath of fresh air with keystone Garage From the beautiful girl in the office to Troy and the rest of the crew it has been painless and a delight doing business with them. Will be letting whoever wants to listen how great you all are.
