Under new management! It's been shut for ages - but opened doors again this week.Delicious pizza today from Pizza Hut Helensvale. Convenient location, tasted yummy, good prices and friendly faces. Glad to have this as a local go to pizza place!

Order said 25 mins. Once it had processed the payment, go then suddenly said 60 mins. That’s too long, I wouldn’t have ordered if I had know that. No way to cancel.

Honestly trash these days. Used to be the best growing up but the past few years...what the hell. Who is running these stores? Who's controlling the quality? Controlling the range? Are they tasting their product?I can honestly tell you - and I know it doesn't matter in the bigger picture - my family will never be buying their thrown together, tastless, sad, and depressing pizza. Or their soggy and frostbite tasting sides. Honestly taste as if they've been frozen for 5 years, were defrosted on the bench, left there, and thrown in the mirowave the next day.What a **** meal, time and time again.

Ordered a gluten free pizza, didn’t get a gluten free pizza. Thanks Pizza Hut I’ve been in pain all night and back and forth from the bathroom due to your mistake. I’ll be sick for approximately 2 weeks moving forward. I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again, Dominos at least can get the order correct.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Stay very far away from this branch - worst pizza of our lives. I will NEVER buy from ANY Pizza hut BRANCH again after the filth we were served from HVale Pizza hut last night. Walk away folks, make your own pizza or go elsewhere - save yourself the disappointment and loss of your hard earned cash. See pics thin bases all burnt , almost NO cheese and pan base was soggy, raw and wet.. straight to the bin..

Ordered delivery online at about 9.45pm on a tuesday night, app is saying delivered by 10.29pm….11.20pm still no rpizza, store is closed, no call or message. My house is 3klm from the store. Im disabled and cant pickup. Worst service ever. Def use domino’s if you have a choice.I found the number to call looking in all the other bad reviews, so i called and have been given a refund, but they did clarify that the store was closed and my order never left. So they closed without contacting me to let me know my food was never coming, but was there ready when they closed….manager should be fired. Area manager should be put under review. This is the sort of service i would get in a third world country. I will never use pizza hut again…..EVER!

We had 2 pizzas delivered tonight from Helensvale and they were the worst ones that i ever had. They were burnt we paid for extra cheese got no cheese unless the burnt stuff was the cheese. I got 2 slices of the meatlovers that was just burnt with no filling at all. The wifes chicken supreme had olives which isnt even included on that pizza and it had no extra cheese either. Will definitely never order from here again.

I usually buy from Pimpama store and they are very good. Helensvale was on my way that day and ordered 4 pizzas. None of them have enough toppings. Sauce and cheese were enough. Flavor was not too bad.

You don't need pizzas to be drowned In sauce for them to have flavour, the base and toppings were good on both pizzas, but literally oozing puddles of excess sauce. Ruins the pizza
