Good store, the guys always have more information than the actual website, which says a lot compared to other companies, always polite and helpful, never had an issue at this store, go there for all my pre-orders.

I went into EB games at Roselands today. I was looked after by James. He was very friendly and very helpful. He is an amazing salesperson and I would highly recommend this store and James. I will be going there again.

Unsure if this was EB Games Roselands policy, but they dont consider any price match so ended up buying from JBHiFi Roselands. I've tried to price match a Switch game with Big W (in stock) and spoke with Shay (staff) said they dont do price match without even bother to ask how much the competitor offers.

This is my favourite EB game to shop at through all Sydney and it's suburbs. It usually seems really busy, but the staff are super friendly, very helpful, and always try to get you the best deal. I try to make excuses to come back and shop here even though I live like 30 mins away.

There is a guy named grant that works there. 6 star on attitude 6 star on care 6 star on customer service 6 star on information and help in my view the company should promote him he does an amazing job completely helped me out while being a very nice outgoing person I’ll always come back to this particular store for my needs

Good little EB Games shop in the small shopping centre of Roselands, the staff are quite helpful and approachable which is great for service to the customers.There isn't much stock so make sure to call before you want to go and pick something up, they will also match prices and beat them if you ask for a bit more a discount :)

Loved the staff (I have followed the manager Grant over 3 different stores). They do favours for me and gestures without me asking.Will always come back as long as the staff is still there
