Rug Affair

Very impressed with Rug Affair!I live in Sydney and spent several days calling carpet/rug stores and searching the net for an unusually wide and long runner. Unlike any of the others I contacted who just told me that they didn't have anything like that and tried to interest me in items that clearly wouldn't meet my requirements, Mike of Rug Affair was friendly, helpful and took my requirements seriously. He said he will contact some people and search around the back corners of several warehouses in hope of finding the size that is rarely made or required any more.The next day he was back to me to let me know that they had located one that seemed very promising. He assure me it was a good quality one and provided the specifications. He collected that evening and unrolled a small part of it to provide me with a photo. It met our needs perfectly. The next day again he sent a photo of it rolled out along his driveway. I thought it was great that he was as excited and pleased as I was with style and quality and it was obvious that he felt provide in being able to meet my requirements. He then proceeded to prioritise having the rug cut to length, mitre both ends, finish the edging, and then package and ship the 45kg package in order to meet a deadline I had. He kept me updated as to the progress and it arrived in Sydney with 2 days to spare before my deadline.To my surprise when I opened the package he had included a little gift... an addition small rug that picked up the same pattern of the one I had ordered.I can't speak too highly of the experience. I recommend that people living remotely from the Rug Affair store can also have confidence in working with Mike to have the rug needs met.

I wish I had the option of giving more than 5 stars.We are return customers of Rug Affair and of course for very good reason, service, quality, range.We have recently moved from Melbourne to regional Victoria and needed another rug plus another hall runner , my first call was to Rug Affair and to my delight Mike answered the phone (lockdown) I described what I was looking for, he knew exactly what I needed, sent some photo's, they were perfect so payment by phone and I got them the next day, I can't recommend Rug Affair highly enough, Mike's service amazing, I love supporting a family business.Thanks again Mike, cheers

Rug Affair helped me find the perfect rug. I went into the store with a reference photo and was directed to rugs very similar in style at various price points. However, I came out finding something completely different that I loved even more. Thank you for the friendly and enthusiastic help, it was very welcome.
