Fabulous service and really superior care. My son had an emergency situation with breaking his front tooth and KidsSmile went above and beyond to fit him in, treat him and alleviate any anxiety he had over the whole ordeal. Highly recommend.

Really poor after service. After an appointment, I rang 3 times to get a copy of treatment notes and never got it back. It's like, if you dont get further treatment from us, then dont expect any assistance from us again. Ridiculous.

My son has a pronounced underbite at 4yrs was made to feel at ease with Dr Helen, she was very welcoming and professional. My daughter aged 3 had reflux as a baby and had a check up on her teeth with Linda she was made to feel comfortable and at ease also. I’ve had a great experience with my 2 children very welcoming staff.

They wanted to take a full head scan 3d x-ray just to pull out a front tooth for my 5 year old. This would have been completely unnecessary x-ray exposure in addition to a total of an estimated $400 out of pocket for the consultation. They estimated at least two consultations!Instead we found a child-friendly dentist who did this simple extraction in 15 minutes during the first visit on the government bulk-bill scheme without further x-rays.

Both of my kids have had treatment here and we have had nothing but positive experiences. Friendly staff who make them feel at ease. We’ve had extractions done in the chair which was straight forward and pain free.
