Great service from start to finish. Walked in on a Saturday and carpet laid 5 days later. Steve came out to measure and quote...friendly old fashioned service, quick, on time and very professional. Quote emailed promptly and the price was excellent. Brad, who laid the carpet was very friendly, quick and did a great job...even locked up the place after finishing , again great service from beginning to end. These guys know their trade and you get a family owned vibe when dealing with them. Thanks again

Lemons by name, lemons by nature. Wish I had read the reviews prior to engaging this company. Communication by admission by manager with the sales rep was poor. Manager admitted that they did not discuss with us any issues or account for the 1 cm difference in floor levels from the carpet that was removed for new flooring. The tennant was present at time of installation and when she queried the problem this was dismissed as insignificant, and no discussion was raised with us. Consequently the floor Lemons installed is a trip hazard and is dangerous. Lemon's solution to the problem after we gave them two weeks to consider and after calling them and leaving messages was to put an unsightly ridge around the trip hazard!!. Please save yourself the trouble of being distressed by this poor service and use another company. I note here that Lemons could have sold us a different product that was suitable and did not cause these issues but they did not and take no responsibility for the problem they caused.

I got a lot of quotes looking for new carpet, and the quote from Lemon's was the best, so I went with them. They put in lovely new carpet and took away the gross old carpet for me (about six months ago), and it still looks fabulous! The carpet is stain resistant, and looking and feeling nice. I recommend them if you're looking for new carpet installation!

The wood floors to my apartment were replaced last week. I was advised by Lemon’s they would move the furniture off the areas they were working in and would place these items back once the job was done. I arrived back home to find all the furniture cramped into the two bedrooms (carpeted areas) as well as dust and large chunks of off cuts everywhere. The hallway cupboards were open and there was dust all through my belongings. There was also large chunks of off cuts/dust on expensive velvet lounge. The floors I had before were pale in colour with a smooth gloss finish. I was told the floors going in would match but they are in fact much darker and a different wood finish all together. There is also huge scratches all through the new flooring (which I’ve photographed) and where they have replaced the skirting, the edges don’t match up (which I have also photographed). I’ve taken photos as a record of all the above mentioned issues. It took myself and a friend over 3 hours to complete the clean up of the enormous careless mess left.The installers were also smoking in my smoke free apartment when we went to collect the keys, which is also against our body corporate rules.Other than that the admin team were frustrating to deal with at times, communications incorrect re start time, we had to leave the installers the keys for the entirety of the time (which was not what I was advised by the office beforehand).

Awesome job! Thank you Stan and your team for a fabulous job installing carpet to our 6 bedrooms. They arrived when they said they would, they only took 4 hours and they cleaned up most impressively.Every other occasion where I have come across carpet being installed, I have had to vacuum up a great mess afterwards which was infuriating and feels like they didn’t care about the job.As I had just had all the house painted I was worried about marks - but again, no complaints.Thanks again, one happy customer here and I will definitely recommend you to others, and in my job that happens frequently.

I never used them but the (pretty new) house I recently bought used them and it’s all in the name if you ask me - absolutely lemon of curtains. They installed the blinds the wrong way around so there’s about a 10cm gap between window frame and and blinds. Not good for a due east fracing bedroom
