Cincotta Discount Chemist Harris Park

A medical store which keeps only those medicine which are about to expire. I got a prescribed pain killer for my headache. And I didn't realize that medicine was about to expire in 1.5 months. It's a pain killer so you take it only when you need it. When I explained it to chemist, she said, she can't do anything.

Best value for money. I have seen many times that some of the medicines are much cheaper when compared to other stores. The staff are well knowledgeable. They understand your requirements very well. The store in Harris Park looks like much popular. I see customers all the time here. The store could have been much bigger and and the racks could have been arranged some more clearly. Otherwise everything is good here.

Popped into the chemist for some advice from the pharmacist. Pharmacist was a male in his 50’s - most unprofessional healthcare provider I’ve spoken to. He leaned back against the door and overall had an unwelcoming, judgemental attitude.

Worst place to go to!I bought a Forearm Crutch early in the morning as my husband sprained his ankle but as I went home my husband didn’t feel the support well enough to walk so i went to get the other pair.They gave me a second piece and when i went home it had a missing piece without which it was useless so I went back to get it either replaced or refunded, they had no Manager on the floor or any responsible person who could take the decision of helping out and the manager who went home already, was rude enough to not being accommodating at all and stated that maybe I am the Liar and they need to check their cameras to see if the part was really missing.They wasted my 30-35 minutes to come up to a decision and still came up with an answer “WE CANNOT HELP YOU” “Come back tomorrow when the manager will be there” . So they wanted me to take another day off to come and get a minor issue of 30$ solved as if it was a big crime case.It was useless as I would have had no use of the bottom part to keep and return back the upper part.Pathetic customer service . No one is at the same page!Never going back!

Awful service. Very rude staff. Pricing on shelf for an item was wrong m. But the arrogant staff told me why don’t you go & check the price again. Never using this chemist again. Rather go to Chemist Warehouse. They really understand great customer service.

I had a very negative experience at the Harris Park pharmacy recently. I purchased a syrup from them, but unfortunately, it did not work for me. When I went back to the pharmacy to return the product, the staff was extremely unhelpful and unaccommodating. They refused to even check the condition of the syrup or its bill before denying my request for a return. Moreover, they were rude and not willing to offer any alternative solutions, such as a replacement with another product.I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by the pharmacy. As a customer, I expect reasonable solutions to issues such as returns or exchanges. It is disappointing that the pharmacy did not prioritize my satisfaction and refused to provide any assistance.I hope that the pharmacy takes steps to improve their customer service in the future. It is important for businesses to prioritize their customers and provide reasonable solutions to issues such as returns or exchanges. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone based on my negative experience.
