Victor Glass Service

Terrible customer service. Been to Victor Glass twice, first time it was ok, ready on time. Second time, I am still waiting to get a call back to pick up my order. The receptionist was rude and seemed really stressed (not my problem). I've asked for a medium-sized glass to replace a broken bathroom piece, he's said few things that had nothing to do with what I've asked and didn't want to get the glass for me (which would be ok, if he said so I would've walked out and thats it). So after 5 minutes of talking, he's asked my mobile and said he was going to order and it would be ready in about a week. It has now been almost 2 months since I've been there, no calls, nothing. I've only waited for about 2-3 weeks and went with another business.Gold tip: The company should really invest in better staff to deal with customers, reviews aren't looking good at all - Only gave 2 stars because the first time the service was ok.

Nice enough when they bother to show up. Worst customer service I have come across in a long time. Hopeless at returning a phone call and seem unable to send an email. I was all set to go ahead but I'm still waiting for my email quote but after six weeks I don't think it's coming. I've since used Palmers Glass and had my installation last week.

10/10 guys. Old fashioned goodwill, honest communication with attention to detail. Specials (re glazing or full replacement) no problem.

Terrible service.After accepting to replace a glass door panel they phone 2 weeks later to tell me not only can they not fix the glass they have also damaged the stainless steel around the panel.When asked what we do next the owner told me “we accept no responsibly for our work”.Well if I had known this first I definitely would have shopped around.If you are reading this do yourself a favor and try somewhere else!Very disappointing

We needed a small piece of glass for something and dropped in on the way past to task if we could grab one of their scrap pieces. They were very friendly and helpful, cut it to size and polished the edges for free. Very generous of them to help us out

Quality service and super fast - highly recommended!

Very quick and straightforward service. I had a broken window which I took into the shop in Dee Why. Parked right outside and dropped it off, too easy. They didn’t ring me but when I called two days later it was ready for collection. Cost seemed low, great value.

I've used Victor Glass twice now. I've found them to be professional, good value and very quick turnaround compared to the competition when I initially was getting quotes. The genteman who installed my new home window most recently (I think his name was John) was friendly, on time and did the job very quickly. I will absolutley use them again next time I'm in need!

Very happy for a fast turnaround for a custom job of tempered glass. They let me know as soon as it was in, a professional job and great price.

Went to their shop, to discuss what I required. Was told they would phone me in a day or two. 10 days past, I phoned and was told they would phone me in half an hour.6 weeks later I was still waiting for the call.I went elsewhere and received excellent service.I am still waiting for that phone callReading other negative reviews it appears as though victor glass have no or very little interest in improving their customer service.My recommendation, stay away from them and find someone else who understands and appreciates that customers make their business.No customers = No business
