My wife loved the flowers, and Reena is really lovely to talk with. I put the flowers on the dining table, I will say, this is the best flower shop I have ever been to in Perth. Reasonable price, high-quality flowers! Will definitely go back to this flower shop again in the futre, highly recommended!

Recently I lost my mother and I knew in my head exactly what I wanted but no idea about flowers. With very short notice I spoke to Reena the florist there at the time and she was extremely understanding and very compassionate, the end product that she had made for my mothers funeral was exactly what I wanted and 100% perfect and of very high quality. I highly recommend Carramar Flowers and Gifts as my experience could not have been any better. I will defiantly be using their services in the future. I can not thank them enough for making a very difficult situation as stress free as possible for me.

The lady at Carramar Flowers went out of her way to delivery last minute flowers to a funeral today. Such wonderful customer service. She even sent me a photo of the beautiful arrangement and the confirmation that it had been delivered! Thankyou!!!

Reena was very accommodating dealing with my enquiries by email as I live in Melbourne. Her prices were very reasonable and she went the extra step by sending me a picture of the delivery when it was ready to go (which was beautiful by the way). If this wasn't enough, when I realised our friend didn't get the delivery and phoned Renna she personally drove back out to the address, located the delivery and tracked down our friends new address (which we weren't aware of) and redelivered the flowers, champagne and card to her on her special day! Emma loved her delivery and her friends were delighted to be able to surprise her with it on her milestone birthday as they live abroad. Thanks again Reena for the excellent customer service, Liah VIC
