It’s pretty difficult to find your way around this store. There is a lot there and it isn’t really laid out or labelled in a helpful way. Sometimes I’ve found it hard to find staff to help. When I do find them they’ve usually been really helpful and knowledgeable. There is a lot here to explore but it’s a bit of a cluster if you’re looking for anything specific. I hope you’re not in a rush. Parking is abhorrent.

Went with my wife,found a chair and waited . My wife wasn't long knew what she wanted got it on special. The lady at the measure and cut desk was very efficient helpful and friendly . You know what they say happy wife happy life . We both had an enjoyable experience.

I will never get any custom made curtains done by spotlight!!!! They cost a fortune, which you don’t mine, so long as you get quality well made curtains and installation. Shop anywhere else or make them yourself, cause you’ll definitely get a better outcome

Really disappointed in the service I ordered something over two weeks ago that was already coming in I’ve rung up all to get stuck on hold and told “will get back to you” all to never hear from anyone please do better

Easy shop to go to. Parking out the front is a bit limited. Not sure if there is any other parking. Huge selection of products.
