Honestly, I can't even begin to say how much Inter has helped me get through some of the hardest times of my life. After being suddenly laid off, Inter brought me in, and gave me a chance to make some decent money while trying to figure out what I wanted to do next in my life and saving up for my partner visa.They are the reason why I am still in Australia and not in the Covid infested USA. The reason why I was able to stay on track for my savings goals while not in my preferred field of work. They even set me up for a great full time supervisor type opportunity with one of the companies they supply workers for.While I am now in a job I feel more suited for, I do appreciate everything Inter has done for me. Hard workers get plenty of opportunities. Thank you Inter, and while I hope I am never in need of your services again, I feel safe knowing I have you guys there if needed.

Had one placement and I left after 1 month…No OHS, no HR and fulltime staff who had been with the company for decades so thought it was fine to bully and degrade. Forklift driving among people picking stock, only off street parking where trucks have been known to hit cars and drive away. Accidentally left personal property on site and now can’t get it back. Oh and the corker…staff degrade Inter Industrial and bag them out to the fullest. Not a great agency to sign up with.

Registered at Tullamarine agency. Scott is amazing & extremely supportive, even Sandy. If I ever have issues or need time off they're always so understanding & pleasantly polite unlike other agencies I've been with who grind u with 50 questions. Registered on a Friday & started working the next Monday. Def recommend them!

Visited there a couple of months ago on being called for an interview, with mixed feelings after reading all the negative reviews. However, on completion of the induction they set me up for an interview with my current employer in Bayswater on the same afternoon. Started working from the following day itself. Today, after completing the mandatory 3 month casual period with Inter, I'm proud to say that I'm a permanent fulltime employee now. Thank you very much Inter

Very unprofessional, always calling for work and they end up just saying the same thing over and over don't know why. It's been 2 months just asking if there's work and different people answer the phone and just be telling lies. Bet you if I call again next week there won't be work for the rest of the week. So unreliable

My experience with inter industrial has been excellent. They had a job for me on induction day with good pay. They are always polite and understanding if I call the office. Keep up the good work Sandy and Scott the bad reviews are rubbish.

Arrived in Melbourne and contacted Inter for the possibility of work. Within the week Scott and the team had me lined up with ongoing work. Massively appreciated! The only thing that could be improved is remote enrolling rather than having to go into the office.

I would definitely recommend Inter Industrial I am very happy for the work they do Especially big thanks to Kylie absolutely hard working got me the best work and good pay seriously. I have no complaints so far. Once again thank you Kylie.

I have been in their service for 4 years. Minimum wages and indifference to employee safety is how I would describe my experience. This doesn't necessarily imply my dislike for Inter, but rather the same indifference I feel about my contracts. Good work ethics and efficiency are meaningless because the only reward is a minimum wage.In regards to interaction with Inter staff, my handler does well to keep me occupied. No complaints.Overall, this is one of the better companies. Give them a chance.
