The HIIT Factory Essendon

Absolutely love this place and count myself so lucky to have found it. 30 min classes, very effective and kid friendly too! Great for a busy mum with kids in tow, and great for anyone wanting to make friends or be part of a community!! Fi has created a really special family down at the hiit factory!

I love so much about the HIIT Factory, Essendon. Firstly Fi is such a lovely person and has great energy from 6.15am on Monday that lasts all through the week! She takes extra care to check in to see how you’re going and I find that very motivating. The classes are fun and efficient with flexibility to do them in the studio or online - both work for me depending on what my day is looking like. Highly recommend anyone coming along to try a class out.

Great fitness classes for anyone short on time! Fiona is so welcoming and supportive and makes everyone feel comfortable and at ease. Would highly recommend for all fitness levels as the exercises can be modified to suit all abilities. And best of all it's fun and you get a great workout.

There is a lot to love about the HIIT Factory Essendon. I’m not new to exercise and I love it, but like many, I have limited time and I needed something (and someone) to help hold me to account. I began participating in the live-streamed classes about 2 months ago and Fi was immediately welcoming. Her ability to keep clients motivated has kept me coming back and inspired me to join the upcoming 6 week challenge.The hybrid in studio/live stream business model is super intelligent and inclusive, the workouts are varied, challenging and efficient. You can access most workouts from home making it even easier to join in.I would highly recommend the HIIT Factory Essendon, I always finish a workout energised and even smiling!

Fiona and the team at the HIIT Factory Essendon are brilliant. Welcoming, engaging, inclusive, energetic and highly skilled! I particularly enjoy the variety of classes offered, the great team of people that attend, and the 30 min duration. I highly recommend the HIIT Factory to people of all ages and stages of life.

Before joining HIIT Essendon I felt unfit and unmotivated and like I’d never be able to make changes to how I felt about my health and fitness. I took the seven day trial to see what the gym was about and found both Fi the owner and the people who attend the classes super welcoming. Four months later I can’t believe the change in my energy levels, my general fitness and the way I feel about my body. Committing to regular classes is super easy because you can livestream from home or go into the studio. Fi is super supportive and checks in regularly and is motivating and fun and heaps of women bring their kids in and everyone helps each other. I honestly can’t believe how good I feel now and how just committing, eating well (most of the time!) and turning up yields results. I’ve gone from having zero strength and not being able to do even one burpee to leaping around with the best of them. I also have some old injuries and the classes offer variations for the exercises you can’t do so you can totally set your own pace. Recommend to everyone!!!
