Knowing full well everything is overpriced, I just made a purchase and informed the elderly man at the counter that it was they same price at the top off servos. To his response was ohh that's good.

Every time I go into the shop I've always been treated with respect and helpfulness. . Everyone John and his entire staff go out of their way to be of assistance, if what you need is not in stock they will order it in. YOU CAN SHUFF YOUR BOX STORE SNAGGS WERE THE SUN NEVER REACHS. If John had to close don't go whining when you have to drive 10's of miles each way

Can't wait for Bunnings to open at plainlands have never had a good experience in this store. Staff a rude very overpriced for a local hard ware store you expect a little over priced but the staff seem to always be rude. Thankfully will never need to shop there again.

The staff there are very helpful and friendly. However not having Afterpay or Zip etc as payment options for goods is a little annoying. I would have spent more there if that was available.

Super friendly staff and extremely helpful.Needed to replumb a new water tank pump in and from pictures gave me all the hardware needed exactly to do the job. Can not recommend a better place for customer service and knowledge.
