Peter has mediated two sessions that I have been involved with between the same two parties who had reached a stalemate on both occasions.Peter’s expert guidance and impartial support, combined with good humour and positivity, set the stage for us to feel heard and to be able to listen openly without feeling threatened or disrespected, by reminding all parties that ‘listening is not agreeing’.Peter’s mediation skills created a 'safe' space that allowed us to be open to the possibility of learning new information and considering alternate options.
