Very friendly local brewery tucked away in the back of Salisbury. Excellent range of beer and good trucks which change depending on the weekend. Family friendly

Tried 4 tasting paddles and tried most of their amazingly good beers. 2 massive favourites..Mexican Chilli Chocolate Stout and Coup de Grace 'Stout' (its so much more!)

Great brewery offering a huge range of beers and drinks. Family friendly and fun. Saturday evening is a market evening with people selling a range of wares. Food trucks are present as well as entertainment for young and old. If you are looking for something fun, local and easy Ballistic is where it's at.

Went here for a friend's birthday party and it was awesome. Lots of tables inside and heaps of room outside as well. Loads of options on taps, I thought I would be able to get through all the options but there was just too many. Really good beers, sours were fantastic but the best beer was definitely the Hawaiian DDH pale.They had bare knuckles BBQ food truck and they were amazing as we'll, really good BBQ that was perfect compliment to sinking some choice beers.Great venue, look forward to coming back in the future!

Big shed like venue that brews it’s own beer. Quite a good drop. Service was excellent. Lots of room for stand ups and sit downs. Different day different food trucks. They close on Monday to Wednesday for brewing works. But it seemed the premises can be booked for private functions on those days. Ample parking.

Had a great evening trying the solid range of standard and limited eddition beers on tap. The staff were very helpful and the live music really pumped up the atmosphere. The pulled lamb loaded fries we're the icing on the cake. Just unfortunate that the brewery is so far from the city in comparison to other local brewer's.

Great hang out spot, lots of parking, food truck, live music. Even cheese platters and snacks to go with your beer. Fun Saturday afternoons. Definitely a local gem.

Great place for some good local beers for starting the night in Brisbane. The place is quite big, with sitting place both outside and inside.The plus was the Bacon-Strip Club truck food, located inside the venue. We ordered bacon and liquid cheese fries, which married quite good our Red beer.

Wonderful pet friendly brewery with a huge selection of beers. Food trucks Friday to Sunday gives a good variety with each visit. This has become our regular weekend spot!
