Crocs Playcentre Reservoir
A small playcentre with only limited activities. On a hot day it is very hot inside - the machine on the ceiling blowing cooler air can't bring the temp down in this warehouse style building. The tables were very sticky, I doubt they were wiped between customers, which made us not want to put our food on them. Probably won't take our grandchild there again.

My daughter had her birthday party here recently on a Sunday.My initial impression was that the venue was away from main road and the outside facade looks a bit run down. It is attached to Muffin Break and where all the catering is from. My wife and i were happy with the catering overall.The staff was nice and friendly.Most importantly my daughter had a great time for her party.We will come back again and recommend it to others. It is smaller than other play centres but is enough to keep kids occupied for couple of hours regardless.There are disable parking and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.Coffee is...meh but it is that or nothing.

Crocs Playcentre Reservoir
Came here on Xmas eve with a friend and their 2 kids. Place was relatively quiet and there was a lot of space for the children to run around. Some of the equipment were not working, and some are worn down. Nevertheless, the children enjoyed themselves.Favorite was the 2 slides and the tricycles. We parents had a wonderful time coming down on the slides together with the children. There was also a pretty quiet understanding between the parents when the children needed to use the tricycles.I liked that there was a basketball hoop for the older kids too.I would look forward to another visit at this play Centre.

I went here during the week and it was very quiet…which preferred. Sometimes the busy centres can be a bit overwhelming for my daughter.I loved being able to go on the slides with her.She is 18 months and had a great time to exploring.Everything was clean and the food was nice.

Service was great, and food was nicely prepared. If the place was a bit more clean I would have given 5 stars but I know it can be difficult with kids. Would recommend and come again

We have been to lots of indoor play centres all over Melbourne and this must be one of the dirtiest ones - poorly maintained as everywhere we stepped on were sticky and dusty with stains. A much needed, ans frequent deep cleaning would be all it takes to help self guard the children hygiene wise.

Disappointing response from management. Skill tester machine charged my account $3.34 but machine was completely broken. When reported to management the attendant shrugged his shoulders and said I’d need to call machine operator to organise refund. What a joke. No offer to compensate in any other way or apology for the occurrence. Had to ask him to put an out of order sign on the machine so no one else would waste their money.Safety issues within the centre also, broken barricades means children crawl into unsafe areas and cannot be supervised.

Excellent place for kids. I was actually blown away at the upkeep and frequent cleaning I saw.It had a lot of varied slides, ball pits ect that my toddler loved

My kids enjoyed this place and I felt the admission price was reasonable. It was just so disgustingly dirty inside the play equipment. Everywhere I looked there was grime. We sat at one of the tables and it was sticky. I think this place would be a lot better if they cleaned more frequently. We didn’t walk away with gastro or anything thankfully.

Always a great experience, the playground seemed very interesting to the children and the food they served was almost top tier for a place like that. Would recommend for a 4 - 9 aged child!
