We had our new TV installation done by Myles from the SWATteam and found him efficient ,informative and totally professional. Firstly he phoned me to say he was on his way from Bowral and arrived quicker than expected and appologized for being early, I have no problem recommendingMyles and the SWAT team to any of my friends in the Highlands.The cost was also very reasonable.Peter from Exeter

Found SWAT very professional, good initial contact and follow up, both LLoyd and apprentice turned up on time located problem with splitter box in roof with TV ariel problem and fixed it. No wasted time with them answering mobile calls while working , towel over guttering when placing ladder there, these are the things that are important to me. I found them overall excellent.

Three ‘installation’ companies did not want to do the work. Hopeless. Then I remembered SWAT, gave them a phone,. They said they didn’t normally do this work but would send a man anyway.The young man who put my tv cables in the wall (so sorry, have forgotten his name) was polite and let me know what he was doing as he worked. It wasn’t a completely straightforward job after all. Everything he did was brilliant - we now have great reception, great sound and we are getting the most from our system. I encourage all readers of this to get SWAT - best in the business. And fyi the bill wasn’t exorbitant .
