Waited over 20 min for coffee . The girl was on her own BUT After taking my money I saw her serve & make coffee for other people while I was left waiting..NOT HAPPY

Slow service took half an hour 4 one coffee and a can of coke. Took 45 minutes to get to breakfast and it was cold. Won’t be back.

Went in today. Three staff on and about 4 lots of customers.Waited 35 mins for two cups of coffee.The young man was doing the best he could, but the two ladies were “going around in circles “, getting orders wrong, not knowing who ordered what.Normally it is great service, when the owner is there.Need to get it right or could loss a lot of customers.

Coffee was quick and pretty good, but scalding hot; meal was very slow (open pulled beef sandwich), but absolutely delicious. Worth a try if it’s not too busy.

This place would have to be the slowest cafe I’ve ever been to. The Barista can’t make more than 1 coffee at a time, so god help any groups, you won’t all get your coffee together.Then there’s the hygiene issue, 1 out of 4 is wearing a hair net, albeit badly. He’s got more hair hanging out the side than under the net. I haven’t seen anyone washing their hands after serving on the register or cleaning tables.

Interesting cafe. Hakuna Ma'coffee served fresh food for breakfast and delicious coffee. Next to a candy store the coffee store offers great personality with jungle trees you can sit under. Worth a visit. Prices were reasonable but portion sizes were lacking.

What a lovely place! Their coffee was perfect, the service was superb and VALUE for MONEY = awesome!! The portion size was terrific! I love the atmosphere in the place and would definitely recommend this jewel in Clifford Gardens shopping centre.

Such a beautiful little cafe! The interior is so beautiful and the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. The customer service is amazing all the staff a friendly, quick to serve you, get you your food and collect your plates once you’re finished. We got our drinks within a couple of minutes of ordering and our food almost straight after. The food is amazing and so nice and the presentation of it is simple but beautiful. Might make this cafe my new regular.
