Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas

Terrible experience, checked into a one bed apartment and got a view that faced a building of other units and the room stunk of mould. We requested a move, receptionist reluctantly shifted us to another room facing the forrest. It was filthy, stunk of mould and next to a games room that was really noisy at the time so we asked for another room. We finally got to the third room and the mould smell is terrible and the room filthy (dirty floors, marks all over the walls and furniture), really run down (paint peeling off the walls, mould in the bathroom), ants everywhere in the kitchen, cobwebs on the ceiling, kitchen items dirty. No kitchen table/desk or chairs provided in the room, just an outdoor setting. Reception is extremely rude and unprofessional. Honestly I can’t recommend staying here anymore after recommending the place for years.

Such a disappointment I'm sorry to say!Imagine staying in the penthouse only to find so many problems ranging from a broken TV cupboard, broken speaker in the television, unclean rug in the lounge and carpet sadly needing replacement in the hallway.Most importantly the portacots came without cot blankets. We were told to use adult size blankets to my horror.I can't imagine the SIDS Foundation being too happy about that.In all honesty the position is very good and the resort is lovely but the overall condition of our room was very sad indeed.

All the rooms, including the one we were in, that face the main road through past reception are so noisy all the time! Especially into the early hours of the morning when all the drunks are coming home in the early hours of the morning. I'd be to scared to even venture out there as there was a lot of drunken arguments etc. Other than that the staff are very good. The rooms are very clean. it's nice and close to Noosa beach.

Pros: The resort is incredible, beautiful setting sitting on top of the hill above Hastings street. A short 5 minute walk down hill to the main strip of Noosa it’s worth visiting. Recommend the villas if you can afford as you’ll get a private pool. Most people visit the main pool and it gets busy, it’s quieter and better at the lap pool which most people avoid. Stayed for a special occasion and staff left a lovely note and bottle to celebrate.Cons: The king bed is two singles attached which is normally fine but there was a significant height difference between the two which made the bed very uncomfortable.They offer a buggy service to and from Hastings street for guests. We rang the number provided to get picked up from Hastings street and the staff member sounded annoyed and put out. We waited for 30 mins to get picked up (800m away) and gave up and walked back up hill pregnant. Check out was slow, clunky and average. Don’t expect much from the staff.

Beatiful resort in the rainforest - very private - great rooms. However stayed in the Sands building and all night there was a load noisy thumping from teh air-con towwer - couldnt sleep

We had an amazing family holiday in a 3 br penthouse apartment ‘Sunrise’ building, with views to Noosa north shore and the rainforest. The welcome gifts were unexpected and amazing. The attention to detail in the apartment were second to none. The decor was delightful and the apartment was clean and welcoming. All staff were warm, helpful and personal touches made were so considerate and immensely appreciated. Buffet breakfast was excellent. The buggy rides to Hastings St was a particular highlight. The mattresses could do with an update. Thank you, we’ll be back.

It was all good.Staff were very goodWe booked a one bedroom apartment and we enjoyed staying in the room, happy with the facility.Peppers is a very clean resort.I thought the exterior of the buildings looked freshly painted and nothing was run down or tired.We walked out of our room one morning and a staff member was dusting for any cobwebs. I thought the management work hard to keep the place in top condition.The buggy service taking you up and down to and towards Hastings Street was very good and we used it heaps.Staff were just so nice and no attitude at all.Breakfast was of a high standard and good quality food.We would go back again.Job well done and thank you Peppers.Nick

We enjoyed our stay at Peppers.Room was available at check in and although we had a problem with the key card (battery needed replacing) it was resolved quickly. Apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped with kettle, toaster, good fridge, crockery (although mugs/glasses placed so high on a glass shelf I had to stand on a chair to reach them), good washing machine/dryer. Storage was a problem, very little - although quite a lot of space in the apartment it was wasted space. Quality of towels was also not of a 5* standard. Great location, near to Hastings street and the main beach. Lap pool was best for us and generally there were sunbeds available. The other pool was more for younger children and noisy. Any queries we had at the reception desk were answered straight away.
