Requested a quote for a diamond engagement ring, they were initially forthcoming, but being ignored for 10 weeks with no response afterwards is a bit much. I've gone with a different jeweller who has been lovely to communicate with and much more responsive. Great customer service really does make all the difference sometimes, suffice to say I found it lacking here.

When I thought my ring couldn't be resized due to the diamonds down the sides, I literally cried, but they said they'll do their best, 2 hrs later it was done, I can't thank them enough, wish I could of given them a big hug.Thank you both so so much <3

Fiance surprised me with an engagement ring, and I just cannot stop looking at it. Beautiful custom made ring, never went into the store until i had to get the ring resized, and the customer service was amazing and only had to wait overnight (longest overnight of my life) to get my ring back. Highly recommend!
