Went to Ling's alteration I wanted to alter the jeans, Mac was serving me, I agreed on the fee and when I asked him to measure the size with my other jeans for comparison, he became unfriendly and rude, he didn't want to measure the size he said too busy then he refused it!!!.

I had three shirts altered for myself and an excellent job was done at a more than reasonable cost. Charlie is very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend this service.

Arranged to pick my item up at 5pm on Thursday. Got there at 5pm...store was shut. No phonecall to notify me. I am now sitting out the front at 430 on Friday and there is a sign saying 'gone for thirty mins. Sorry' Another customer has turned up and told me that sign has been up since 3pm. Customer service here is the worst.

Took a dress in to be altered, and I was told it would be a week. I went in to pick up, and they hadn't even started altering the dress. I was told it was due to staff issues. I am very disappointed as there was no communication before I arrived at the shop to collect that the dress wasn't done.

Had 7 pairs of pants taken up. Fast friendly service. Very reasonable priced. Perfect job even matched the colour of the stitching on the jeans ( last place I went to just used blue) Thoroughly recommend!!
