The supermarket is relatively new, so it is very nice and clean inside. The best thing I loved about this store is the great variety of products available, from all parts of the world. The freshly made sushi at the sushi bar is very good too. Great deli and bakery, friendly staff. They do rainchecks on items that are unavailable.

Great staff ,most of them are very polite and helpful! Some just treat it like a job, but it's always nice to be treated like a friend! Which some staff don't.

Super impressed with seeing a NEW supermarket on arrival into Maclean. An awesome selection of cheeses at the deli. The service of the staff is very quick and friendly.

Im sorry to say that I Always have to check my receipts I've been over charged 4 times now the worst was a $40 overcharging. And the use by dates have to be checked paying top dollar for veges and meat that are oneday out of date disappointed with the quality of IGA, only use them if I have to.

Great range. Just disappointed with having to watch close expiry dates on flavoured milk 1 day, yogurt 3 days, 2lt orange juice 4 days. Not good enough. Husband been caught 3 times now. Raspberries mouldy the next day also.

Just love Ritchie IGA Maclean. The smell of yummy fresh popcorn as you enter....then the yummy cooked honey and soy chicken and all sorts of different hot foods...then all the various cold salads, lasagne etc....that's all before you even START shopping. Now you are too hungry to even shop!!!
