The team in this Highgrove store are great. A pleasure to deal with in every interaction. Through several bulk purchases I have dealt with Mick McCabe and also now Helen Hughes with an exchange. Very helpful and pleasant.I just read some of these other reviews, and looks like some people think the world revolves around them. There are only so many hours in the day, and sometimes people are busy. Suggest if you are in a big rush check your order by email or something ahead of time, makes things easier for everyone.5 stars from me. Great products, and great customer service.

I purchased a handheld shower to replace an existing tap that I purchased from here also. Initially the guy that served me came across like he couldn’t be bothered helping me, but after a little while I gathered that’s just his demeanour because he was pretty helpful. It was a perfect swap over with no issues which was good, priced well, good quality.

My wife and I purchased fixtures for a complete ensuite, bathroom and separate toilet renovation. The quality of the products we purchased was excellent and value for money. The most impressive thing was the flexibility of the main member of staff who we dealt with (Kym), as we had to made changes along the way requiring returning of items and then purchasing others. Poor customer servicewent there as my plumber recommended to buy some tapsrude staff yes they were serving others but I stood in the showroom for 20 minutes and didn’t even acknowledge meThey could have at least said we will be right with you and a smile1 staff member just had her head down in the computer never againI spent my money elsewhere where is customer service ???
