Very helpful staff who know the products they sell making sure your are getting the right thing for your needs.Prices are reasonable as there are a couple of other pharmacy's in the area so competition helps to drive prices into the customers favour.

Cincotta Pharmacy is by far the best Business we have had the pleasure of dealing with since their opening. Our family has a very long relationship with the Cincotta family dating back to their Merryland days back in the 60s and 70s. So our review is both bias and genuine. Well done to all.

Great chemist in an easy to access location. Lots of street parking and a large car park behind the store. Importantly it has wheelchair access.I called this store multiple times for support over the last few days. I cannot fault their willingness to help even though they are not my normal local chemist. However, my family are local and have been well supported by the compassionate and caring staff over a number of years.WELL DONE Cincottas Toukley keep up the good work. I cannot thank you enough.

We are currently experiencing one of the most challenging unprecedented events worldwide with millions left unemployed and a panic driven environment proceeding.I walked into this chemist this afternoon to purchase some surgical masks for extra for my parents who are 80 years to further protect them.The staff member advised that yes they had surgical mask for the price of $10.00 a mask!!!!The Cincotta chemist in Sydney are selling these same masks for $2.49 each. Fleecing people’s money in this significantly difficult time, Cincotta Toukley you should be ashamed of yourself! Do not shop here

I bought some Nicabate patches from your store I opened one this morning and found the back of the patch was RED when I went to peel off the tabs on the back as shown in pictures attached.I have never seen this before when using these particular patches.

Went to buy my prescription was offered the generic brand advised them that the generic brand gave me headaches, chemist assured me it was exactly the same ingredients. Pressured me into buying the generic brand and returned the next day with a massive headache and asked for a refund and they said couldn’t do it as I had opened the box. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Will not be returning.
