I have done several courses through CPR First Aid now, and they have all been excellent.Being able to reschedule is a super easy process. The online training is clear and easy to follow, and the practical sessions are very well run, thorough and accommodate everyone, and cover the topics well, allowing for great interaction and feedback from the participants.I've had different trainers each time I've been, and found each of them to be very knowledgeable and have a great way of delivering the content. All classes have run to schedule.

Chris our instructor has many years of experience and clever ways to help us manage a difficult situation we may find ourselves faced with. There were different industries being catered for ie aged or child care, workplace HR requirements and sports parents. The pre-course study was very detailed and there was a lot to cover that we could do at our pace. After having the hands on experience and role plays i feel able to be a first aider. The emails from the company are excellent too. Highly recommend this CPR First Aid Provider.

Absolutely brilliant morning completing my First Aid & CPR Refresher course this morning with CPR First Aid Training Institution. I've been returning to them for 5+ years for my courses, highly recommend them, all trainers are great- Had Chris today he was fantastic, made everyone feel comfortable and confident in what they were doing inorder to complete the course which is crucial with first aid training. Can't wait for next year

CPR First Aid training is a very affordable way of getting the knowledge to perform First Aid. John was our trainer for this Saturday just gone. He explained things in a detailed way and kept the class moving promptly, whilst ensuring we all understood each component of the course. Keep up the good work CPR :)

CPR First Aid makes learning both fun and educational. Having the opportunity to do the theory component at home in your own pace makes all the difference! For that reason, you are then able to have a stronger focus on the practical components of the course during the class. Our trainer Daniel was very enthusiastic and passionate about what he did. This is so important when teaching a first aid course because he makes sure he has your attention and worked hard at fine tuning our skills. Thank you for providing me with an excellent course. I now feel confident with my skills should I ever need to use them.

Very professional. Well explained and made every one do the CPR . Great location where you can park your car in Dandenong station car park . Just 2 min walk from Dandenong station. Clean toilets for use . Really enjoyed and they send the certificates within hours . I really recommend this institute.
