1st appointment with Fuzzy the Physio (Healthstin Aquadome S.A) & I feel that he is genuinely concerned about holistic wellbeing and I left feeling very hopeful (and a lot less tense since my shoulder surgery) look forward to future visits.

Annie is warm and friendly with her client yet firm, which is important to get the best out of the children. She knows how to engage the kids and keep it fun for them so they don’t feel like they are “working”. My daughter asked to extend her session time with Annie.

Very knowledgeable staff with passion for what they do. Cameron from HEALTHSTIN has been an absolute gem. Can’t recommend him enough. Thank you for all that you do Cam!!

Discovered Healthstin through signage at my local pool...was battling injury and from the first meeting with Rachele, I felt really listened to and felt she knew what she was talking about and she could provide the help I needed. Ani is great to work with...going at a pace I can cope with and really listens. Would definitely recommend them.

Hi, I am a 70 year old lady who commenced Hydrotherapy with Healthstin early September this year.An Exercise Physiologist designed an exercise plan suited to my personal health issues. All the Exercise Physiologists that I have met are patient & helpful.I have definitely noticed an improvement in my strength & overall health & absolutely look forward to my weekly sessions.I have no hesitation in recommending Healthstin.

I have had lower back and shoulder discomfort for a number of months and become accustomed to just living with it.I had never had remedial massage before - so I gave Mr. Wu at Healthstin at the Bexley Aquatic Centre a try.After four 1 hour sessions - both issues have greatly improved and all but illuminated.Mr. Wu obviously has great skills and experience.As an ageing baby boomer - I'm a convert.

I can’t recommend HealthStin team highly enough. They are very caring and amazing people. I have tried different physiotherapists in south Sydney area and this is by far the best one.The facilities in Bexley are also very good. A nice, big gym and also indoor/outdoor pools.

Rachelle and Annie are very caring. Both are warm, friendly and really engage with their clients. Most importantly they devise and supervise programmes to suit their clients needs and limitations. I highly recommend them both. My experiences with them both have been really pleasing and satisfying.

Even though I believe Helstin has some very nice and knowledgeable staff, I am very unhappy with the service and with management, in particular Rachael.I rang up and discussed about getting a massage the next day and Rachael told me it was $80. A few hours later I cancelled the appointment and she has sent me an invoice for $80 for cancelling.She didn't provide a service and I cancelled within 8 hours of making the appointment and she has been sending me invoices for the last 4 months on a monthly basis.I am not going to pay a company for a service that wasn't provided and I'm certainly not going to pay after cancelling within a few hours.I do believe this company is way overpriced especially when dealing with NDIS clients (this is what they specialise in because they can charge whatever they like), and I would go as far as saying that management is much more interested in making money than helping clients.I have also noticed their negative reviews being deleted from google, I am aware that you can remove negative reviews if you are a company for a hefty price.I won't be returning.If I could give 0 stars I would but unfortunately google is forcing me to give 1 star.

My physiologist is helping me accomplish the ability to climb the most difficult mountain terrain know to man. Anni is like the sister I should have had. Why? Anni does not judge me, rather the moment she walks thru the door I am waiting for my day/week to start with the ray of sunshine she brings not just to my home but to my heart and to my pet cat Shadow. But that's the moment too when my feet start twirling in circles. Now in November 2022 after 2 years of working with Anni every day I am surprised at the progress I have made like this week I started to feel the muscles in my right thigh which is amazing since I shut my body down deliberately as a means of protection. Any way I know that inside my body I am finally able to smile even if on the outside I am still crying. So thanks go to first off the Government for the provision of the NDIS organisation who have opened the door to recovery and the many Healthcare services that are accessible as a result. But my real strength and support comes from up above yes from my FATHER and FRIEND JEHOVAH GOD with out HIS guidance and strength and loving support I would not exist today. So thankyou to everyone for caring about this person who has been so very much abused and mistreated and misunderstood.Thankyou to everyone especially my brother Angus whose consistency of love and caring even when at times his own health needs are put aside thankyou my beautiful kind and generous brother Angus.From Sharon Hinkley
