Like the reviewer above wrote, customer service here is very disappointing.I had doubts about going really short and wanted to discuss it with my hairdresser. She grew impatient very quickly and then snapped, telling me that they were closing soon and that I should stop wasting her time.It was one of those situations where staff do something that just flies in the face of all basic customer service etiquette and you're left speechless.

Sad because my cousin and I used to come here but with the staff views on masks we don’t feel safe going anymore due to close friends and family who would be at risk (and how young, otherwise healthy people are also affected). Their haircuts are alright (mostly went because it was near my old work) but definitely finding a new solution now. Hoping the staff and their families are safe.

Susan alway does a great job with my colour and cut ✂️ thank you lovely for always making your service personalised xxxI added a photo 2 weeks after my colour. You can see how well the colour always washes up.

Thinks masks are anti-freedom, covered their shop in absolute nonsense promoting freedom day from masks". Wouldn't recommend going here if you don't wanna get coronavirus."

I cannot recommend The Hair Chair enough! I went in for quite a drastic colour change and they were patient, empathetic (I had cut my own hair badly - long story) and answered every little question I had with no judgement. Great value, amazing service and the best hair colour I've had in years.

Karen did a lovely job on my hair . I got a balayage done and I felt very well taken cared of. I was worried that the bleaching would dry out my hair but as long as you maintain it and treat it with the right products your hair may feel a lot better than it did to start off with. I appreciate that she called me a few days after to check on everything! Great service xx
