Reasonable electricians, but the customer service isn't as good as it could be. Wasn't thrilled in how Melissa handled my inquiry when I called. She didn't really understand where I was coming from, acted like she was the boss, rushed the phone call and was rude and kind of arrogant.

Well I can't openly say online that I've been to prison but jeez the bars on the windows remind me of somewhere.... I dunno?? All jokes aside, good customer service and good prices. That is all that matters!

We recently had 5 x Ceiling fans installed by Star Electrical,The work was in a no cavity ceiling space in a modern 2 story home,Aaron and his assistant Dillon, completed this difficult job without a single access point having to be cut, were courtesy ,professional and cleaned up all areas worked in,as a large employer myself,I know the difficulties in getting staff of this calibre.Well done guys :-)

Phoned to get a price and make an appointment in the morning. I was told $180 per data point. I wanted two which equates to $360. So after the job is done I’m told it’s $700!!! I then phone the supervisor and he starts threatening me telling me he is going to put the debt collectors on me and then I’ll be paying double the invoice value and that I’d be begging him for the deal. Not really a professional approach!! Stay away if you are reading this. You have been warned.

Sent an email requesting a quote for some work at my house. Took a week and a number of follow up phone calls to receive the actual quote from Emma and when I called to discuss in more detail I was told she was too busy to take my phone call and to call back later. Wasn't impressed with the customer service. Have gone to a different company who were able to provide a quote the same day.
