Terrible coffee & service but great view! Probably the worst cappuccino I’ve ever had and couldn’t drink it. My friend had a different coffee but equally bad. Took over 20 mins to get it. Decided not to eat here after that, menu was the usual club food, nothing exciting and very limited options for vegetarians and vegans.View is incredible.

Zero customer service, $20 cocktails. Shame no bar food available. Lock on unisex toilet broken (new Reno) didn’t bother telling them as they really don’t care! Won’t bother going back, other options out there…

The menu is extremely limited. The bar staff upstairs are young rude inexperienced & lazy. The security was cleaning the tables while the bar staff stood around talking & had a friend who wasn't working sitting there gossiping the whole time we were there. Took 15mins to get my cocktail when there were no other customers i was watching the guy just mucking around doing nothing. Only good thing was the view.

Kids pizza is so small it should be listed as an infant's pizza...had to take the child to Subway to top up on the way home.Lamb shoulder was delicious...but came out cold. I think the only heat through the meat came from the heat lamp prior to service. Ironically the waiters wared that the mains we're very hot. Not a dish displayed as cold on the menu.Very slow service on this visit.Disappointing this time around.

Absolutely horrendous customer service, horrible manager threatened to throw us out over something incredibly minor, even though we had a large booking. The management damn near interrogated our guests over whether we had a booking or not. Later in the night waitstaff stole a 90% full bottle of champagne. Not freindly at all, they really know how to make you feel unwelcome. Spend your money elsewhere, seriously disgusted and disappointed at the managements attempts to ruin our night.

What a shocker of a meal, over priced, terrible value, very small portions, soggy cold chips, dry salad. Needs a management change
