Proper Customer Service! Thank you thank you thank you. We wandered in on a Thursday night, disappointed because I just couldn't find large enough men's rings anywhere else. The staff were friendly and gave me plenty of time, working with me to design a custom ring that I'm really really happy with. 10/10

i can not recommend Paton’s enough. I took my wedding ring to the team at Paton’s after it was ruined by another large chain jewellery store. The team went above and beyond to not only get my ring back to a close to the original look as possible but also went out of their way with the added customer service they offered.

Brett is the best sales person ever. We walked in and didn't buy anything and this guy was super cool told us very nicely that come anytime and I'll be there for you. We ended up buying Maserati watch only because of him.
