Finally a hairdresser that listens. I had Helen. Came out with exactly what l asked for. The price for a wash, cut, dry was the best price. $$ medium. Will definitely go back..

The lady that served me was nice and friendly, however was very disappointed with her cutting skills. I mentioned wanting layering in the front but was suggest curtain bangs, my first mistake was not being firm with what I originally wanted. I ended up puting my trust in the hairdresser but should have know it was going to end in bad results when she started cutting the curtain bangs too short and didn't know which way to curl the hair when styling it. It ended up looking ok when I left but once I got home and moved around a bit I realised how poorly it was cut. Gives more of a 'hime fringe' vibe which was definitely not what I was going for, as it is more straight cut than angled. I do not recommend this place as it left me in tears all afternoon. I spend hours trying to style it but the cut was all wrong so no matter what I tried it didn't look good.

The hairdresser was fantastic I didn't know what I wanted and she was extremely patient and I ended up with a lovely new hair style thank you again Carmel would recommend this place to anyone

I just wanted to give a massive and huge thanks to all the staff at this salon who helped detangle my severely matted chemotherapy-affected hair today.I didn't have an appointment, but explained my situation to the lady at reception and said that I was really worried if I left my hair any longer in it's current state, that it would get to the point that I would have to get the matted hair physically cut off.Several ladies helped in the very long and tedious process of detangling my hair, then cut my hair to a more manageable length to ensure it would not get into the state it had deterioated to.Thank you to everyone who helped me save my hair. I sincerely appreciate all the effort everyone went to - their sincere empathy in helping has not gone unnoticed, and I thank you all, from the bottom of my heart!!!!

Honestly it amazes me this salon is still there. There's only one stylist in there and I'm not sure of her name, but she's been there for ever, she's lovely, really helpful, quietly spoken, always makes time to provide information and advice and a lot of the time if she's not there I just won't go in. I stopped getting my hair cut there years ago, I have to go there for particular products but if it wasn't for that I'd never set foot in the place again. There is a male working there, has been for many years and his customer service and attitude stinks as much now as it did years ago. Last time I was in there, which was maybe two weeks ago I stood at the counter for around 2 minutes after walking around the store for 10 minutes looking at product. Never once was I approached, never once was I spoken to and I had to call out to him to take my money. I seriously could have just walked out with a hundred dollars worth of product in my hand. A couple of months ago I was looking for a particular treatment and there was a middle aged woman working with that male, I explained the product to her and she flat out said 'no we don't have it'.. she didn't even leave the counter. I had to ask her to come and look at where the product normally was so she could actually do something instead of standing there staring at the ceiling. She ended up calling the male stylist over for some help, I repeated myself to him he found it straight away and walked off. Her excuse was 'I'm not here very often so I don't know what product is here'.... Dear God ...

I booked my appointment for 12pm, got there on time but stylists were busy so i only got in a chair at 12:30. Which is understandable because they were understaffed. I showed my stylist some inspo pictures and we picked a colour out of their book. The stylist was not a fan of the colour I chose and made a couple comments about it, that didn’t bother me too much it was just an opinion. I asked for some face framing strands and the stylist said she wasn’t going to do that… alright.She went on to dye my hair and tone it and everything seemed good. While drying I noticed that the left side of my hair ( silver ) was a different shade than the right ( yellow/orange ) and i pointed it out to the stylist. She went on to tell me that it’s just the lighting and that there’s nothing wrong with it. I tried asking them to match them a couple of times but they kept telling me the same thing. When i got home noticed how unblended and yellow the right side of my hair actually is. I would go back to fix it but I don’t trust them.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Well appointed store. Plenty of space. Hair products and piercing products available. Kids cuts super expensive.

I have been coming here for years, and really trust these guys to listen to what I hope for in each hair cut. Professional and talented hairdressers. Good with appointment times. Shop in store for wide range of products.

I have been going to Ross Caia at the Glen for several years. I am a regular customer and have never been disappointed. The quality of the haircut and knowledge of products is consistently coupled with the friendly and professional customer service demonstrated by all staff. I have recommended Ross Caia to several friends and family members, both male and female, and they have had identical experiences. Can't speak highly enough!
