Rochelle and Geoff are amazing. We needed something urgently - and they went so far above and beyond to support our team. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done professionally and with a great smile. Genuinely good people who demonstrate what great service really is. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Paid over $1000 to do a pre wire for my new house and now I have cables in my roof I don’t know what they do as they won’t return emails or calls.Understand businesses close however when customers request simple items like a drawing of what was done so another company can finish their work a reply would be nice.It would have been nice for them to advise prior to starting my job they couldn’t finish.Terrible communication once paid.

Very smooth process from start to finish! First point of contact was with Richelle who is very polite and patient. Then a couple of days later Geoff and his employee were doing the installation for me. They are very professional and a pleasure to have in my home. I highly recommend AV Made Easy.

Managed to get an appointment pre-Xmas for a new build which needed 2 TVs. Started with discussions with Richelle who is very knowledgeable and helpful. Then Geoff & Jack were on time for the fit, courteous and extremely helpful in advising how to tackle the work. Installed a 75 Samsung Frame and ARC soundbar plus a 65" Hisense - onto stud walls. Highly recommended"

Geoff and his wife Rochelle, were so easy to deal with. His professionalism and work were A1. We were informed of all pricing before he commenced the job so there were no hidden costs. When Geoff had completed the install of our new TV on the wall and connected up our devices, he loaded all of the apps and then he vacuumed up his mess! I was so impressed. This is a family business and I would highly recommend them. We will use them again when the need arises.

Geoff was amazing helping my parents with setup of their TV and Apple TV - downloading and setting up apps, trouble shooting and explaining how everything worked. He was incredibly patient and helpful! Richelle was also fabulous in setting up the appointment, understanding what was needed and then explaining how the systems worked in the days following when my parents had forgotten , even emailing over written instructions to assist. The experience with AV Made Easy was exceptional and I'll definitely be using them again. I can't recommend their services highly enough! Thank you Geoff & Richelle
