It was very nice of the staff in this shop to carefully check the tires for me. Because there was no problem in the inspection, they did not charge any fees. I will go to this shop when I need to change the tires in the future.

I recently booked a 3 month tyre maintenance check.Brett booked me in with short (next day) notice as I was planning a trip to Horsham.The work was performed on time & Gary repaired a puncture without a fuss. He was worried with the current shop renovations it would be disruptive to his customers.These guys really care and they offer a customer service others should benchmark off.

Hey, I wanted to give a shout-out to this tyre shop I found recently. They really impressed me with their knowledge and expertise when it comes to tyres.I was looking for some specific models from more niche brands, like the Falken Wildpeak A/T3W and the Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 Plus, and they had them in stock, which was awesome.The shop itself is really well-equipped, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They even gave me some tips on how to get the most out of my tyres, which was great.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I cannot thank Brett enough for helping me out yesterday, truly going above and beyond!I rang in the morning as I suspected there was a puncture in one of my tyres and he tried his best to fit me in during the day. He even checked to make sure he had the right tyres on the floor. On the way to Bridgestone, the tyre burst and I didn't know how to change the spare. I rang Brett thinking I'll have to cancel but 10 mins later, he came with his ute and put on my spare so I could make it to the shop. I dropped the car off and picked it up in a few hours, feeling extremely grateful I have a working car for a busy weekend!Thank you for turning a bad day into a great one! I wish you and your team all the best!!
