Mike, Chris and Steve from Bigshot were simply amazing and made our wedding experience so easy, so much fun and well supplied!Mike was super helpful early on, figuring out what we wanted, consulting on what booze to buy and how much. They were flexible in adapting our plans along the way as we changed dates, decided to add a barista coffee service for the next day and tea for the evening desserts. Mike was reassuring when i stressed about the rain and responsive to all communications.Their service was professional, fun, charming and joyeous. I barely noticed them picking up glasses around us, restocking etc, but they worked their butts off lugging booze from the cool room to the van in the pouring rain.They made a lovely menu of our drinks, kept me up to date on how things were going and sorted out the leftovers for our guests to keep going after they finished.We even got them on the dancefloor at the end.Thanks for your incredible service. Would highly reccomend.

I'm not normally one to take the time to write a review, but these guys were fantastic. I stumbled across them right as I was on my way to work. The converted van they have looked awesome so I thought I'd give it a go. The guys were great. Service was quick, friendly and I had a good laugh with them. The coffee was one of the best I've had in a long time which is saying something considering we are in Melbourne. I cannot reccommend them highly enough! I'll definitely be back

Honestly can not fault. Such incredible service before, during & even after our wedding. The communication was always quick and the team from Big Shot were super accommodating and more than helpful. We’ve had so many compliments from our guests at our wedding, commenting on the friendliness of the staff, positive vibe they displayed and overall service. Not to mention they make a great espresso martini (again, our guests were ranting). Can’t thank the team at Big Shot enough for going absolutely above and beyond for our special day. 11/10 highly recommend and would use again.

Mike and the crew made our event incredibly special. We hired Big Shot for bar service in the evening and coffee the morning after, and they served up a storm both in the PM and AM. Their beautiful, old Citroen van is a landmark for any thirsty guest, and the relaxed, friendly service received once you reach the van is second to none. Thank you for everything!

It was a game changer! I'm a wedding photographer and had the opportunity to work with the amazing team at Big Shot recently.The truck added such a cool and unique touch to the cocktail hour. The drinks were top notch and the vintage look of the truck was a showstopper!The team behind the truck were super friendly, accommodating and made sure everything ran smoothly, which also made my job as a photographer so much easier :)I would highly recommend the team to anyone looking to add a touch of old-school charm to their wedding day, haha.Thank you team!

These guys 100% deserve their 5-star review.They worked our wedding serving drinks to the guests and we heard nothing but great things. Remembering people's orders and the names of all the bridal party.And then they camped overnight to coffee the next morning (not to mention helping with clean-up!)They really went above and beyond and their van looks fantastic.
