Had full face and neck threading by Manpreet. She was absolutely lovely and kept checking to make sure I was ok. (The procedure itself is a little painful obviously)The soothing spray and cream at the end is great.Friendly and welcoming. Excellent hygiene standards and staff presentation.Would highly recommend.

I had the very talented Gurpreet Kaur look after me today. She works with precision, care and I was very happy with my brows (threading, tinting), and waxing. She is obviously trained to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend her! She's gained a new client today...

Terrible quality eyelash extensions, shocking customer service and resolution skills. Went in for a refill after 2 and a half weeks expecting to pay $60 as I was told 3 weeks was the cutoff for refills. instead the “lash tech” ripped the existing lashes out PLUS quite a few of my natural lashes to the point she apologised many times as she could tell it was painful (and unnecessary?) she then overfilled my right eye gluing them together basically forming a cheap glue on lash but also glued them to my eyelid, I later had to peel them off as it caused irritation and pain. The left eye was significantly under filled. She then tells me after ‘because you came after 3 weeks I removed them and gave you a full set but instead of charging you $160 I’m only charging you $120” I paid and three days later majority of the lashes have fallen out in chunks and the employees could visibly see that they did not look 3 days old. They also refused to explain that to their manager and the lash tech as “they were not lash techs so could not comment” when I went in for a refund. They refused to refund me after saying they would and got my bank details. They sent photos to the lash tech as she wasn’t in store and she argued that they were fine and would not give me the refund until she saw them in person and asked I come back when she’s in next. They were extremely rude about it and another customer filmed the altercation and walked out as she had seen the state of my lashes and refused to have any work done in this store. I am still not refunded as I was asked to leave on the promise of a transferred refund.0/10

Have never been so upset after having my brows done yesterday afternoon so apologies if my grammar and sentence structures are off. The woman doing my eyebrows either has no clue what she’s doing, or couldn’t care less (or both).I asked for a wax and tint. First she put the wax all over my eyelid which she ripped directly up pulling my eyelid with it (so painful) then asked if she could thread after. I agreed as she clearly had no clue how to wax and I endured the pain of threading over freshly waxed skin.She showed me the mirror and I asked for a few more hairs removed. So what did she do? Move on to tinting without removing another strand. I asked for light brown tint. You’ll see from the photos that this was ignored too.I asked her to bring the tinting lower (and directed with my hands as it seemed she may not have understood me) since the tinting was not the size and shape of my brows. I was ignored again and then directed to pay. I have never had such a terrible experience.

Best place to get your eyebrows done! They also have lots of natural facials that I am yet to try but all look so good

On 24/04/23, my clients and I were on our way home from a well-deserved break and stopped in to look around, have lunch and get some pampering done for one of my clients. We found your business. OMG what a disgusting lady that served us. She was so discriminating it was disgusting. How dare you say no to my client to get her eyebrows done because she is 100% blind. She is so upset and now feels so low that you have made her feel like her beauty and self worth mean nothing more. Her partner was fuming and so was I !! Astonished at the look on your face, when she removed her sunglasses was shocking.Centre Management now know and so with Fair Trade will also know tomorrow.Would I ever step back in any of your stores, ABSOLUTELY NOT, NEVER!!!VERY DISGRUNTLED AND UPSET CUSTOMERS

Last time I visited this store I was very happy with service & outcome. I went back yesterday for exactly the same treatment but left so disappointed & upset. After asking for fairly thin eyebrows & tinted with a medium brown , I walked our with eyebrows that looked like they belonged on a gorilla & so dark it looked as if I had coloured them with black boot polished. Head down & sunglasses on I had never felt more embarrassed

The lady done great job at shaping my eyebrows ask for tinting to be done also great. The new lady need to learn more but great job and cheap as well. Definitely going back

I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted tonight by an amazing lady at Shrungaar Beauty. She paid attention to what I wanted, took her time and gave amazing customer service. I wish I remembered her name, but she was on Thursday night around 8.00pm I highly recommend her to anyone!
