The lady serving me was very rude. Will not return to this store

All I can say is WOW. I had the best experience at the Stockland Ally store. Sara and the staff there were soo helpful, going above and beyond to help us. AMAZING compared to the other 2 Townsville stores customer service was fabulous. The store is so clean uncluttered everything was together size colour etc. Greeted as soon as we walked in such a happy and friendly environment. Thank you so much yo the staff there.

Rudest girl in there with long black hair an freckle skin. Looked me up an down in the counter an was rude the entire service didn’t greet me as I walked in. Won’t be going to your store again loser

I come here to feel an loook young again!! After being recent widow ;( cloths not my style AT ALL but 5 stars for this Beutiful store they are so helpful and polit to me I never buy here just try on an take snap chats ha ha

Im not really the type to leave reviews, but must say I really love the girls Sarah and Emma (hopefully got their names correct) who work in Stocklands.I met one over at willows originally (think Sarah, lovely lady who I think is from new Zealand? ) and she helped my daughter who has really bad anxiety so much that I now visit her at stocklands if I see her working.My daughter rarely shops by herself but now will go and shop solo if the girls are in.Very friendly and they seem to know their store well. Refreshing to see when good customer service seems to be getting harder to find.

In store shopping with my teenage daughter today and a very elderly sales person in a very short skirt bent right over in front of us. Oh my lord my daughter did not need to see that.

Good range and prices, customer service was lacking though. The staff member who served me was just staring vacantly throughout the transaction and looked as though she'd rather be anywhere else.

Nice clothes but I had to get out of there because I was getting so frustrated. The racks are so full you can not make room to check the size, then when you finally find a size the clothes are not in order from small to big. Lots of size 10, rarely any 14, definitely not any size 16 clothes.

So we walked into this store and the staff members were bad mouthing other employees while customers were walking around the store, what I assume to be the manager was passive aggressively talking to her colleague, when we got the the counter the two employees were working between myself and another customer who was trying to return her items, when they finally got to processing my purchase my sister noticed there was a 10% discount for uni students, as my sister was paying for my purchase she asked about the discount and the employees tried to say we couldn’t have the discount bc the clothes were for myself, my sister and I said because she was paying the discount was rightfully hers.the whole situation was just so unprofessional, I love ally but will most likely be going to another ally store instead of stocklands.

Staff were so rude to me and also to my friends. We have just left, the manager was the rudest and the junior staff member was lovely. Manager accused us both of stealing when she was holding the pair of jeans she accused us of stealing, we let her check both our bags and she didn’t even apologise to us. My other friend was asking about refunds and she was accusing my friend of lying about her name on the receipt and saying it’s theft to lie about your name? It was so insulting.
