Awesome views of Bright and surrounds, clear spot road is fine for the most part however does get rougher towards the top of the ridge. The start of the road begins by following Ireland Street from the main Bright roundabout. Alternatively for more 4WD climbing enter via Porepunkah plantation and go via Snake Ridge Road. Clear Spot Lookout - via a scenic tour by Tour of Duty. A lovely afternoon enjoying the views, including intrepid paragliders in the distance and gliders overhead.

The best. Many people visit this isolated vantage point to see an ultralight fly over hear a trail bike ride past here a four wheel drive climb up a close steep slope or just the views to Feathtop and Mt Buffallo

More awesome views of Bright Victoria and surrounding mountains,road is a tad rough for 2Wd personally,and about 11km from town,pointer dial and picnic table there

Wicked little spot, there's 2WD access (albeit a bit rough) via Clear Spot road that takes you to the top. If you're a bit more keen you can opt for a more difficult 4WD track that runs parallel to Clear Spot road. The entry, along with the last 50m or so are the most difficult (very steep, combined with a lot of loose shaley rocks). However the rest is 1st/2nd gear low range most of the way, there's options to divert back onto Clear Spot road so you're able to pick and choose sections. Once you're at the top there's a decent lookout over Bright and the neighbouring mountains, there's also a picnic table if you're keen for some lunch up there

Google Maps will show ~3km from the bottom to the top but it actually uses the shortest path, which is super dodgy and steep. The actual path is ~10km. Bit rough for 2wd but doable, just take it slow.

A great look out spot. Could not reach the pinnacle due to bad weather and tracks slippery. Nice view and a must visit for those who dare a 4x4 trip.

Awesome look out with 360 views. Access can be tricky as their is multiple criss crossing roads in which can be confusing. We ended up on a very steep hill climb to get in. Definitely 4wd only!
