The guy at the counter is extremely rude and doesn't know how to treat customers at all. Bought a hot cross doughnut and presented him the 7 eleven mobile voucher to get the doughnut. The store guy refused to entertain me although the mobile voucher was not expired and told me that he has a system problem and couldn't scan it. Ridiculous attitude and irresponsible behaviour. May be the guy was the manager or something. Utter nonsense.

Overall, my most recent trip to the Lakemba 7-11 convenience store was average. I considered it to be an average location for my daily needs, despite the fact that there were both positive and negative characteristics.Positively, the store had a respectable range of snacks and drinks, making it simple to make a grab-and-go buy. When I walked inside the store, the employees were friendly and greeted me, which made the space feel welcoming. The store was moreover tidy and well-maintained, making it simple for me to explore and locate the things I required.However, Lakemba 7-11 lacked in a few crucial aspects. The lack of variety in the fresh food alternatives was one of the key problems. I had hoped to discover a greater variety of healthier food options, but there weren't many. Additionally, there were lengthier lines at the checkout desk during busy hours because the store appeared to be understaffed.Despite these shortcomings, Lakemba 7-11 fulfilled its role as a handy stop for supplies. This store will do if you just need a quick snack or beverage. However, you might want to consider alternative options in the neighbourhood if you have particular dietary requirements or require rapid service during peak periods.Overall, I rate Lakemba 7-11 with three stars due to its average performance.

Great 7-eleven overall! I’m a local customer and have never had a bad time there, I’ve always been served by friendly staff. Reading all these bad reviews has made me very annoyed as to how these people have all the time in the world to say something so negative about a store in which you only spend around 5 minutes in and are treated fairly in. I’m in this store nearly everyday and have never had any issues whatsoever. The manager is exceptionally welcoming and is always there to put make my morning great! The store has a very clean and friendly environment. Heads up to the team!

I have to say I’m not one to complain about businesses, complaints like this tend to fall upon dad ears at the best of times.What I can say is I have been twice to this store and been scammed not once but twice with my Soda stream trade in. The first time I was given the wrong bottle and returned moments later to be denied a swap for the correct Soda stream bottle I wanted. Ok fair enough I can put that down to a lack of employee awareness and training. His secondary measure wasn’t much better as his manager who was asleep at home was uncontactable. Not the employees fault here but simply a lack of organisation from their leaders.I attend yesterday too to only be handed an empty bottle on swap which was sealed in plastic but grabbed from the back room. I am now too nervous to return as I am fearful of attracting the same negligent staff members.Really get your act together people, this is a little unbecoming for the brand you represent even if it means nothing to you.

Poorly run store, can't believe so many suburban stores are not hammered down by head office to run correctly. Almost every suburban store I've been to has stocked expired goods, wouldn't fly in the city stores. Staff wasn't exactly very welcoming either. Not exclusive to this store but typically will be on their phones our earpods in etc, ridiculous. Head office should hire me at this point for their retail reviews

Poor customer service. There was advertisements free large slurpee with any purchase but I was charged. Asked the guy at the checkout and he said I don’t know!

Absolutely atrocious behavior from the manager/Franchise. Just bought a coffee and paid with the 7 eleven coffee voucher. Though,the voucher stands valid until next month,yet they refused outright to accept it. Whats the point of giving out vouchers then. Things were fine,until this gentelemen (Manager/Franchisee) came in from inside and hurled abuses at me. How dare he abused me. Is this the way they treat the customers. I have never experienced such outrageous behavior in my lifetime. Not recommended to anyone. Seems like an ordinary convenience store round the corner and not a multinational chain like 7 eleven. Necessary action shall be taken against this jerk. Highly disappointed!!!!

17/10/21 went to my local 7 eleven near my work and I never had a bad experience it was always a top service but this time wasn't the best experience I was next in line to pay for my order and the cashier went to the coffee machine to put milk in the machine and I had to wait 3 minutes for him to comeback anyway when I went to pay him the up and go was $4 when the ticket is $3.75 my advise is serve all your customers first then worry about the machine later on and two make sure tickets are up to date with the prices
